Job Description:
Cimarron Circle is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Construction Superintendent to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading and coordinating landscape construction projects from start to finish. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations on job sites, manage crews, and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards—all while fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision
- Provide clear daily direction and job assignments to crew members
- Work closely with the internal Landscape Team to ensure project timelines and objectives are met
- Promote a positive and productive team culture on-site
Project & Client Management
- Ensure client expectations are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor job progress and ensure work is completed efficiently and to specifications
Qualifications & Requirements
- Landscape Foreman 5-8 years Required Experience (Landscape Construction Experience Preferred not Required)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a landscape or construction setting
- Ability to manage a team and communicate effectively with both crew and clients
