We are seeking licensed life insurance agents to join our established insurance sales team and help individuals and families identify appropriate protection solutions.
In this role, you will meet with prospective clients, conduct needs-based insurance reviews, explain available life insurance options, complete applications, and provide ongoing client service.
We are looking for professionals who are committed to ethical sales practices, consistent client follow-up, compliance, and professional development.
This is a commission-based independent contractor position. There is no guaranteed salary or hourly wage.
Responsibilities
- Meet virtually or in person with prospective clients
- Conduct needs-based life insurance reviews
- Educate clients about available life insurance solutions
- Recommend appropriate products based on client needs, goals, budget, and eligibility
- Complete insurance applications and required documentation accurately
- Follow up with clients during the underwriting and application process
- Maintain accurate client and prospect information in the CRM
- Communicate with carriers and support teams regarding pending applications
- Provide ongoing service to existing clients
- Participate in product, sales, compliance, and professional-development training
- Follow applicable carrier, state, federal, and company compliance requirements
- Maintain professional and ethical standards when working with clients
Qualifications Required
- Active life insurance license in at least one U.S. state
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain insurance concepts clearly to clients
- Ability to manage appointments, follow-up, and administrative responsibilities
- Reliable internet access
- Access to a computer and smartphone
- Ability to meet applicable carrier contracting and background requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Preferred
- Previous life insurance sales experience
- Experience with term life, whole life, indexed universal life, final expense, mortgage protection, or annuity products
- Experience conducting client needs assessments
- Previous CRM experience
- Sales, customer service, financial services, or client relationship experience
Training and Support
Agents may receive access to:
- Product and carrier training
- Sales-process training
- Needs-analysis and presentation development

- Team meetings and professional-development sessions
Compensation
This is a commission-based independent contractor position.
There is no guaranteed salary, hourly wage, or minimum income.
Compensation is based on eligible insurance business that is issued and paid, subject to applicable carrier contracts, commission schedules, persistency requirements, chargebacks, and company policies.
Actual compensation varies based on individual production and the insurance products placed.
Full compensation details, including applicable commission schedules and carrier requirements, will be reviewed with qualified candidates during the interview and contracting process.

- Schedule is based on client availability and business activity
