We are looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Business Development & Sales Representative to help grow our presence throughout South Jersey.
Position Summary
This is a field-based sales and relationship-building role focused on generating new business opportunities through networking, strategic partnerships, and community engagement.
The ideal candidate is comfortable meeting new people, attending networking events, visiting local businesses, and building long-term referral relationships. This role is not high-pressure sales; it is about becoming a trusted resource in the community and creating opportunities for our team to help clients when they need us most.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with:
- Property managers
- Realtors
- Insurance agents
- Plumbers
- Roofers
- HVAC contractors
- General contractors
- Facility managers
- HOAs and community associations
- Route Sales
- Attend networking events, chamber meetings, trade shows, and industry functions.
- Conduct in-person visits to prospective referral partners.
- Track sales activities and opportunities within our CRM.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and referral partners.
- Coordinate lunch-and-learns, educational presentations, and marketing events.
- Represent the company professionally within the community.
- Collaborate with ownership and operations teams to identify growth opportunities.
- Help execute marketing and business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in outside sales, business development, account management, or relationship-based sales preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to build trust and develop long-term professional relationships.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the territory.
- Experience in restoration, construction, property management, insurance, or home services is a plus but not required.

Compensation
- Base salary plus commission, OR commission-based structure (depending on experience).
- Performance bonuses available.
