Overview
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking financial solutions, guiding them through loan options, processing applications, and ensuring a seamless experience.
Duties
- Prospecting potential customers through cold calling, email outreach and CRM data. All potential clients list will be given to you.
- Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
- Pipeline management track deals through each stage of the sales funnel using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Negotiation and closing handle objections, present proposals, and secure signed agreements
Experience
- Knowledgeable in loan origination or financial services is highly preferred, but not rqd
- Familiarity with financial software platforms used for application processing and client management is essential.
- Ability to perform 10-key typing efficiently for accurate data entry under time-sensitive conditions.
- Experience in any field of sales
- Active listening understanding customer pain points to tailor solutions
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex financial terms clearly and build rapport with clients.
