Overview
We are looking for a friendly, hardworking, and reliable addition to our team at The UPS Store in Downtown Redmond. Your main responsibility as a retail sales associate is to find solutions that meet (or exceed!) our customers' various needs. We offer many products and services, besides shipping, including notary services, returns, mailboxes, printing, and more. This provides employees with ample opportunity to learn and grow their skills. We provide on-site job training through existing staff and online programs.
The work environment is fast-paced at times and with lots of variety, it's rarely boring. Downtime in the store provides more opportunity for staff to grow their skills and product knowledge to become more confident with sales.
Duties
- Greet and welcomes customers in an inviting manner.
- Provides outstanding customer service.
- Listens to customer needs to find solutions that meet and exceed expectations.
- Drives sales through product knowledge and engagement of customers.
- Contributes to maintaining a clean, inviting, organized, and stocked store.
- Answers customer inquiries via phone and emails.
- Operates numerous software for printing, shipping, sales transactions, and mailbox rentals.
- Receives, sorts, and distributes incoming mail and packages.
- Processes and finishes print orders.
- Completes other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Able to work on feet for an 8-hour shift and lift 50 lbs
Pay raise opportunity 3 months after obtaining a Notary Public license. Licensing and training will be provided by the store.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
