Position Overview:We are seeking experienced bartenders with expertise in classic and popular cocktails who embody our core values: Efficiency, Creativity, Collaboration, Kindness, Accountability, and a strong Reputation. As a member of our bar team, you will work at weddings, corporate galas, private events, and more, in beautiful venues alongside a professional and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and client preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during events.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Uphold company standards for professionalism, appearance, and hospitality.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal alcohol service regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bartender in high-volume, upscale, or event settings.
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and professional.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
