$13.50/hour + Tips
We are seeking a friendly, reliable bartender to join the team at our historic waterfront yacht club. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting to know regular members, working in a club atmosphere, and taking pride in providing excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Serve beer, wine, cocktails, and food to members and guests
- Open and close the bar following established procedures
- Handle cash and credit card transactions (Square Restaurants POS), and Keno lottery sales
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
- Prepare simple food items from our All Hours menu
- Assist with cleaning, restocking, and end-of-shift side work
- Create a welcoming environment for members and visitors
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending or restaurant experience required
- Strong customer service skills
- Dependable and able to work independently - most bar shifts are a solo operation
- Comfortable handling cash and following procedures
- Must be able to lift cases of beer, be on your feet up to 9 hour shifts, and perform light cleaning duties
