4U Home Health Care is seeking a Home Health Aide to care for one of our male clients 2-3 days a week- 2 hours in the morning and 2 ours in the evening.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing for the day and preparing for bed, grooming, and mobility support to client in his home.
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), ensuring clients’ needs are met with dignity and respect.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe living environment.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations while communicating effectively with clients and healthcare teams about care plans and progress.
