Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits confidently, tailoring presentations to meet customer needs
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions using CRM software
- Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that satisfy both the customer and dealership goals
- Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, insurance, and accessories to maximize sales potential
- Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure availability of popular models
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, maintaining professional phone etiquette, and fostering positive relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales is highly preferred; dealership experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are advantageous
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or high-end sales environments
- Proficiency with CRM software and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Excellent organizational skills to manage a busy sales pipeline effectively
- Skilled in negotiation, public speaking, and persuasive communication techniques
- Ability to perform retail math accurately for pricing, discounts, and profit calculations
- Outbound sales experience including cold calling and marketing strategies is desirable
- Knowledge of automobile features, inventory control procedures, and retail math principles

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
