Experience
- Previous call center experience or customer support roles preferred; experience in outbound calling is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience handling cash transactions or processing payments is advantageous.
