Starting Pay: $19.50–$22.00 per hour (based on experience)

As a Home Health Aide, you'll help residents enjoy life with dignity, comfort, and independence by:
Providing compassionate assistance with activities of daily living
Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
Encouraging independence while promoting safety and well-being
Supporting residents with companionship, engagement, and emotional encouragement
Working alongside an experienced care team dedicated to exceptional senior living
High school diploma or equivalent
Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred (or as required by state regulations)
Experience as an HHA, Caregiver, CNA, PCA, PCT, or DSP is a plus
Compassionate, dependable, and positive team players
A passion for serving older adults and making a difference every day
