Retail Sales Performance Rep (Sales-Driven Role)
Location: Sunset Novelties
Pay: Competitive hourly (based on experience)
Schedule: Nights & weekends required
SALES ROLE — NOT A BASIC RETAIL JOB
We are hiring proven sellers — people who know how to engage customers, recommend products, and close.
You don’t need adult retail experience.
You do need real sales ability.
If you’ve sold phones, memberships, fitness packages, wireless, cosmetics, or high-energy retail — this role is for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Engage customers confidently
- Ask questions and guide buying decisions
- Demo key products
- Add attachments and upgrades
- Close sales and capture loyalty info
- Hit tracked sales KPIs every shift
This is an active sales floor role. Standing around is not part of the job.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
This role is held to top-performer standards.
You’ll be coached to drive:
- Strong ticket averages
- Consistent add-on sales
