We are seeking freelance designers with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience who are interested in joining our team to assist us with taking measurements of residential and commercial projects throughout Washington D.C., Maryland and Virginia. You will assist our team in developing floor plans for our clients. Great for anyone who has a flexible schedule, is looking to bring in additional income or would like to pick up some freelance opportunities on a per project basis. This position is best suited for for someone who resides locally in the D.C. Metropolitan Area.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must reside in the D.C. Metropolitan region. We are only accepting candidates who live and work in the DMV.
Must be able to work in AutoCAD. Revit experience is a plus.
Have a background, work experience, degree or working towards a degree in architecture and/or interior design.
Prior experience in taking measurements and drafting floor plans of residential or commercial spaces.
Self-motivated.
Have your own laptop.
Flexible schedule.
Experience working in Photoshop a plus.
Rendering/Illustration background is a plus.
