About the Role
As an Industrial Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you will ensure the seamless operation of our production floor by proactively maintaining complex machinery and resolving technical issues. Your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems will directly impact our manufacturing throughput and equipment reliability.
Responsibilities-
Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules to maximize machine uptime and longevity.

Diagnose and resolve failures in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Perform precision repairs and component replacements to restore equipment to peak performance.

Interpret complex technical schematics and manuals to guide troubleshooting and installation efforts.

Document all maintenance activities and parts usage within our digital tracking systems.

Collaborate with production teams to prioritize urgent repairs and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain a safe, organized work environment while strictly adhering to lockout/tagout and safety protocols.

Assist in the installation and calibration of new manufacturing assets and facility infrastructure.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

3+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.

Strong proficiency in troubleshooting three-phase power, motor controls, and low-voltage circuits.

Demonstrated ability to use power tools, diagnostic equipment, and hand tools effectively.

Physical capability to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, climbing, and reaching.

Solid understanding of technical documentation and maintenance work-order processes.

Technical certification or Associate degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or Electrical Technology.

Experience maintaining CNC machinery, automated conveyors, or high-speed assembly systems.

Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

Active certification for operating forklifts or aerial lift equipment.

Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
