JOB STATEMENT: The Billboard Sales Representative is responsible for generating revenue through the sale of outdoor advertising space while also identifying, securing, and managing billboard advertising opportunities for Stonefield Home, Inc. This role includes prospecting new clients, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating billboard contracts to support the company's marketing initiatives.

· Prospect and develop new business opportunities to sell advertising space on the company's electronic and static billboards.
· Coordinate and manage billboard lease agreements, advertising contracts, and campaign schedules.
· Maintain records of billboard inventory, contracts, renewal dates, and vendor communications.
· Evaluate billboard locations based on traffic counts, demographics, visibility, and market effectiveness.
· Develop relationships with billboard owners, outdoor advertising companies, and media agencies.
· Negotiate pricing, terms, and placement agreements for billboard advertising on behalf of Stonefield Home, Inc.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure billboard creative is delivered and installed according to campaign timelines.
· Monitor contract renewals and opportunities to expand Stonefield Home's outdoor advertising presence.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
· Experience in outdoor advertising or media sales.
· Strong prospecting and cold-calling abilities.
· Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
· Goal-oriented with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
· Ability to interpret market data and recommend effective advertising strategies.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in advertising, media, marketing, or outside sales preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Stand/Sit for an extensive periods of time
· Ability to lift 25 lbs
· Perform tasks using standard computer equipment
