Job Summary
We are hiring a hands‑on Construction Foreman with strong experience in commercial and industrial construction. This role combines leadership with active field work: you will work alongside the crew while directing daily operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring high‑quality execution — especially on office build‑outs and interior renovation projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside crews on commercial/industrial job sites
- Perform skilled carpentry, framing, drywall, and finish work as needed
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries
- Maintain safety compliance and a clean, organized jobsite
- Communicate progress, needs, and issues with project managers and ownership
- Troubleshoot onsite challenges quickly and effectively
Qualifications
- Experience supervising commercial industrial construction projects an asset
- Demonstrated ability managing teams in a construction management role with excellent crew management skills
- Strong knowledge of interior build‑outs
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
