1. Follow all shop safety guidelines and report all unsafe conditions to department managers.
2. Read and understand engineering drawings, control plan information, and related verbal instructions. Responsible for total quality (print conformance), including fit, finish de-burr, and de-magnification of the workpiece.
3. Set up the workpiece in the machine.
4. Choose proper cutting conditions.
5. Select a proper measuring device to inspect the workpiece as required.
6. Report non-conformances to the department manager (further communicate with Mold Maker).
7. Maintain personal tools in good working order and comply with company calibration requirements.
8. Keep the work area clean. Wipe down equipment and machines after use: return fixtures and wheels to the proper location.
9. Maintain a constant effort to improve personal skills and increase department productivity.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
