R&T Fence Company is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Crew Leader to join our team.
This position is different from a typical fence installer ad. While fence installation experience is helpful, it is not required. We are more interested in finding the right person with strong leadership skills, a good work ethic, and the ability to follow and improve systems. We believe we can train the right person to install fence the R&T way.
The ideal candidate has experience leading a crew, managing people in the field, staying organized, communicating clearly, and taking pride in a job well done.

Position Overview
As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small installation crew on job sites. You will help manage the daily work, communicate with management and customers, keep the crew organized, and make sure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to R&T Fence standards.
This position requires someone who can follow processes, hold others accountable, and stay calm and professional when problems come up.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a fence installation crew.
- Communicate clearly with management, customers, and crew members.
- Review job details before and during installation.
- Keep the crew organized and productive throughout the day.
- Follow company systems, checklists, and installation standards.
- Help train crew members on proper installation methods.
- Make sure work is completed safely and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Take pride in quality, appearance, and customer satisfaction.
- Help identify ways to improve field processes and job efficiency.
- Represent R&T Fence in a professional manner.

Requirements
- Previous crew leadership, foreman, supervisor, or field leadership experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
- Ability to perform physical labor.
- Ability to read job paperwork, follow instructions, and complete checklists.
- Strong communication skills.
- Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
Preferred, But Not Required
- Fence installation experience.
- Construction, landscaping, excavation, concrete, carpentry, or similar field experience.
- OSHA 10 certification.
- Skid steer or equipment experience.
- Trailer hauling experience.
- Experience working with company systems, checklists, SOPs, or job processes.
- Experience helping develop or improve field procedures.
