MortgageTree Lending is hiring an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to originate residential mortgage loans and develop referral relationships with Realtors and other business partners.
This is a 100% commission-based position with flexible, part-time opportunities available.
This role focuses primarily on purchase business, client relationship management, and long-term referral growth. The Loan Officer will be responsible for prospecting, pre-qualifying borrowers, structuring loan scenarios, and managing transactions from application through closing with support from in-house processing and operations.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of mortgage industry experience
- Active NMLS license
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to prospect and develop referral relationships
- Ability to pass a background check
