Position Summary:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Construction Laborers to support our field operations. This role assists skilled trades and supervisors with daily jobsite tasks, material handling, site preparation, and cleanup. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions. This position works in our various field locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general labor duties on construction sites.
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up materials.
- Support skilled trades (carpenters, equipment operators, concrete crews, etc.).
- Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, digging, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications:
- Prior construction or labor experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Fluency in Spanish is an asset.

- Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
- Familiarity with residential construction terminology and warranties.
