Job Description:
As an Online Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our e-commerce business. Your responsibilities will include handling inventory, preparing orders for shipment, and supporting product flow between our online and physical store locations. This position requires organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pack and prepare online orders accurately for shipment
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments
- Perform regular inventory checks and updates
- Input new products and update existing product listings on the website
- Transport merchandise to and from different store locations as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support online store operations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to [weight limit, e.g., 50 lbs]
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
