- Lead and manage HVAC projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all quality standards and customer expectations are met
- Coordinate schedules and resources with technicians, installers, and other team members to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, clearly communicating project requirements and providing regular updates throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress, proactively address challenges, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track
- Ensure all work complies with company policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations
- Foster a collaborative and professional work environment that encourages growth, learning, and high performance
- Experience managing projects in the HVAC industry or a related field
