About the Role
As an Industrial Robotics Maintenance Specialist, you will play a critical role in maximizing facility throughput by ensuring the peak performance of complex automated storage, retrieval, and robotic systems. You will utilize your expertise in PLC troubleshooting and electro-mechanical systems to minimize downtime and drive operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities-
Execute preventative and corrective maintenance on automated robotic vehicles, lifts, and storage systems to ensure continuous high-volume production.

Diagnose and resolve complex system anomalies by interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and utilizing advanced diagnostic testing equipment.

Calibrate and maintain robotic arm precision, including tool changes and sensor alignment to meet strict operational standards.

Document all maintenance activities, parts usage, and labor hours within the CMMS to maintain accurate equipment history and compliance records.

Proactively communicate system status and estimated repair timelines to stakeholders to minimize production bottlenecks.

Perform minor fabrication and mechanical modifications, such as machining brackets or adjusting structural components, to support system reliability.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace by strictly adhering to 5S methodologies and OSHA safety protocols.

Recover robotic systems in restricted spaces, ensuring safety and efficiency during emergency interventions.

Proven experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems or automated machinery.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Strong understanding of PLC logic and industrial automation controls.

Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including heights and restricted spaces.

Associate degree or technical certification in electronics, automation, or a related manufacturing field.

Previous experience with high-speed automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS).
