Responsibilities
- Greet brides and clients with a friendly, energetic attitude, making them feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive
- Schedule and confirm bridal hair appointments, ensuring seamless coordination among stylists and clients
- Maintain salon cleanliness and sanitation standards rigorously to ensure a safe, hygienic environment for clients and staff
- Promote salon services and retail products through upselling techniques that enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Support the team during bridal parties by preparing styling stations, managing supplies, and ensuring timely service delivery
- Capture beautiful moments through photography of bridal looks (with client permission) to showcase our work on social media platforms
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service within a beauty or salon setting; prior bridal or event experience is a plus
- Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques to effectively upsell products and services that meet client needs
- Basic photography skills to document bridal looks professionally for promotional purposes
- Knowledge of hair styling tools, techniques, and current trends in bridal beauty industry
