Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Valet Attendant to join our casino team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service while safely parking and retrieving vehicles in a fast-paced environment. Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.
- Assist guests with directions, luggage, and other reasonable requests.
- Maintain accurate vehicle ticket records and key control procedures.
- Inspect vehicles for existing damage before parking.
- Follow all safety, traffic, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized valet area.
- Work effectively with fellow team members and casino staff to ensure excellent guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Previous valet experience is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check before employment.
- Ability to safely operate vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work the scheduled shifts.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently walk, stand, bend, and enter/exit vehicles throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds when assisting guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Starting Pay: $10.25/hour + Tips
Schedule:
- Sunday: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Monday: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Thursday: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
