Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes student learning and well-being.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay current with educational trends.
Elementary Teacher Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Teacher certification required.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Prior experience working with elementary-aged students.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
