We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated General Sales Manager to help launch our brand new HOTWORX studio and play an important role in building the business from the ground up.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong sales and people leader who wants to help create a positive studio culture, build a team, grow the membership base, and become part of the Jasper community from day one.
About HOTWORX
HOTWORX is a 24 hour infrared fitness studio offering efficient, effective workouts in a semi private environment. Members can enjoy a variety of workouts including Hot Yoga, Hot Cycle, Hot Buns, and more.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed membership sales goals
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales staff while achieving personal sales goals
- Interview, hire, train, and develop team members
- Create a positive, welcoming, and motivating experience for members
- Manage staff scheduling
- Oversee daily studio operations and maintenance
- Track sales and prospecting activity and communicate results to ownership
- Help grow the studio through community outreach, social media, marketing, and local engagement
- Utilize customer relationship management, point of sale, billing, email, and texting systems
- Complete required training and certifications
Qualifications
- Previous sales and leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Energetic, positive, and motivated personality
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
- Passion for fitness and helping others
- Comfortable working toward sales goals and performance targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work a full time, 40 hour schedule
- Must be dependable and able to work independently
