Mid-Level Electrical Engineer

We are currently hiring for two Mid-Level Electrical Engineer openings with a growing industrial automation and manufacturing organization in Cedar Rapids, IA. This is a great opportunity for engineers looking to work on innovative automation systems, controls, and manufacturing equipment in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot automation and control systems
- Program and debug PLCs and control devices
- Create electrical schematics and interface circuitry
- Support equipment testing and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, controls, and software teams
- Manage engineering projects from concept through completion
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 0–5+ years of experience in industrial automation or controls engineering
- Experience with PLCs such as Allen Bradley, Siemens, or B&R
- Knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and automation
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- CAD experience preferred (Inventor, SolidWorks, etc.)
