We’re seeking an ambitious, self-motivated Sales Consultant to help homeowners and property owners navigate the restoration process while providing exceptional service from inspection through project completion.

What You’ll Do
- Generate and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community outreach.
- Conduct roof and exterior inspections for storm-related damage.
- Educate homeowners and property owners on available restoration and roofing solutions.
- Guide customers through the insurance claims process and communicate with insurance representatives as needed.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and project documentation.
- Manage leads and opportunities through the entire sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within CRM software.
- Collaborate with project managers and production teams to ensure successful project completion.
- Represent Winner-Chenoweth Enterprises professionally within the community.
QualificationsRequired
- Experience in roofing, restoration, construction, home improvement, or outside sales.
- Experience working with homeowners and insurance claims related to storm damage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Preferred
- Experience in roofing sales or storm restoration sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial roofing systems.
- Experience generating self-sourced leads and referrals.
