Current Opening: Emergency Client Care Representative
Schedule: Monday-Friday evenings (8-hour shifts).
Focus: Triaging walk-in emergency appointments, building a lasting impression, and delivering excellent care to both clients and patients alike.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Greeting clients with warmth and empathy
- Answering phones and assisting clients with a helpful, solutions-first approach
- Assisting with billing, invoicing, and sharing helpful information
- Working closely with veterinarians and technicians to ensure a smooth client experience
- Providing emotional support to clients during emergency visits
- Triaging patients based on condition and ensuring they are seen in a timely manor.
