The Veterinary Criticalist employs methods and procedures that focus on emergency and critical care medicine including those requiring intensive monitoring and treatment. The Veterinary Criticalist will collaborate with other Specialty DVMs to provide well rounded treatment plans that are unique to each patient’s need. They will utilize their knowledge to educate our team and clients on the medicine they are providing and relay this information in a way that is easily understood. As a Veterinary Criticalist you are responsible for communicating different medical treatment plans as well as the financial responsibilities that go along with these. You will collaborate closely with our medical team, client service representatives, and administrative staff to strengthen teamwork, communication, and overall hospital culture. Your leadership will help elevate patient care, streamline operations, and create a more supportive and unified environment within EVS.
