True Work-Life Balance
- Work in center Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- In-home and in-school supervision, if applicable
You Focus on Clinical Work – We Handle the Admin work
- BCBAs do not manage staff scheduling, do HR tasks, or insurance chasing
- You’ll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training
- Practicum students and interns can help manage your caseload.
Supported, Not Micromanaged
- Owners are not involved in clinical decisions
- You will be supported by our clinic’s experienced Clinical Director
- SOS Franchising also provides live remote BCBA support and clinical training
- SOS has a LMS with robust training content for RBTs and BCBAs. SOS gives BTs access to the 40 hour cert videos on their first day of work.
- All BCBAs get two weeks of initial training from our corporate office - for this, you may have to travel to Houston for 1 week.
- To ensure the highest standards of care, our corporate office conducts a positive, supportive Quality and Compliance Audit every six months—providing each clinic with valuable feedback, resources, and guidance to help us continually grow and serve our families even better.
