Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth through effective communication and negotiation. Hot Warm and Cold Leads provided. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and strong organizational skills. Paid Training is provided. Ellipse Security is a distributor of surveillance and access control equipment. Sales are focued on B2B and Commercial Accounts. Technical knowledge or CCTV experience is a plus!
Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services.
- Connect with Hot and Warm leads provided by Ellipse Security and Ellipse Security Vendors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for business development.
- Aquire and apply product knowledge, including features and functions to provide solutions to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends for management review.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales or technical sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals with confidence.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
