The Community Liaison works closely with the clinical and leadership teams and serves as a key ambassador for FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center – Woburn within the local healthcare community. This role is responsible for building and strengthening relationships with physicians, medical practices, and referral sources to grow and sustain the clinic’s patient referral base. The marketing team is expanding as we add on a clinic, add new territory and this role adds to an existing physician liaison. This new role also serves as back up to the front desk and so must be prepared to take up the front office.
This position blends relationship development, outreach, and healthcare marketing with a strong understanding of how physician practices operate. The Community Liaison promotes FYZICAL’s services, treatments, and outcomes while reinforcing the clinic’s reputation for clinical excellence, professionalism, and ease of collaboration. The Liaison oversees a designated territory of physicians and medical clinics and acts as a trusted point of connection between referring offices and the clinic.
The Community Liaison is critical to the success of the clinic. Beyond increasing patient referrals, this role focuses on cultivating long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with providers and their staff by demonstrating an understanding of referral workflows, scheduling considerations, documentation needs, and communication best practices.
