About Castle Garage Doors
Castle Garage Doors is a family-owned garage door and gate company serving homeowners throughout San Diego and Riverside Counties. Since 1981, we’ve built our reputation on exceptional customer service, honest communication, and quality workmanship.
Today, we’re combining that reputation with modern technology, automation, and AI to build one of the best home service companies in Southern California.
Every installation is an opportunity to earn a customer for life. We’re looking for installers who take pride in their craftsmanship, care about the customer experience, and want to grow with a company that is constantly improving.
About the Role
As a Garage Door Installer, you’ll install residential garage door systems for both new construction and replacement projects, including garage doors, openers, and related equipment at customers’ homes throughout San Diego and Riverside Counties.
You’ll be responsible for safely completing high-quality installations, ensuring every system operates flawlessly, and leaving every jobsite cleaner than you found it. Every installation should reflect the quality, professionalism, and attention to detail that Castle Garage Doors is known for.
This position focuses on garage door installation and installation quality. While you’ll occasionally perform adjustments related to an installation, this is not a service technician role.

Customer Experience
Installing a garage door is often one of the largest improvements a homeowner makes to their home. We communicate clearly, respect every customer’s home as if it were our own, and work to create customers for life.
Continuous Improvement
We believe there’s always a better way. We embrace training, technology, automation, and AI to improve how we work, better serve our customers, and help every member of our team continue growing.
If these values sound like you—if you enjoy building things, take pride in your work, embrace learning, and want to be part of a company that’s always improving—you’ll fit in well at Castle.
