We are seeking a friendly and professional AM Bistro Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for hospitality. As an AM Bistro Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining food safety standards, and delivering a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, ensuring quality standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bistro area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Handle food safely according to established protocols and food safety regulations
- Support catering and banquet functions when required
- Restock supplies and ensure the bistro is fully prepared for service periods
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless hospitality experiences
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and dietary accommodations
Requirements
- Previous experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with serving, food preparation, or barista duties is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Food industry background including restaurant experience or dietary aide experience is desirable
- Basic knowledge of dietary accommodations and allergy awareness is beneficial
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work morning shifts in a hospitality setting
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
