About the Role
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a critical technical resource responsible for the uptime and operational integrity of complex production machinery. By leveraging your expertise in electrical and mechanical systems, you will drive equipment reliability and ensure our manufacturing processes run at peak performance.
Responsibilities-
Analyze and resolve complex electrical and mechanical failures to minimize production downtime.

Interpret technical schematics to perform precise diagnostics and system repairs.

Execute comprehensive maintenance on motors and drive systems to extend equipment lifespan.

Optimize the performance of pneumatic and hydraulic components through proactive adjustments.

Document maintenance activities and equipment status to support data-driven reliability improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and efficiency gains.
Qualifications-
High School diploma or GED.

Demonstrated proficiency in industrial equipment troubleshooting and repair.

Strong technical understanding of electrical/electronic systems and schematic reading.

Hands-on experience with pneumatic and hydraulic power systems.

Solid foundation in shop math and basic computer literacy for reporting.
