Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our dynamic Plumbing team. We are a smaller family owned and operated company looking to add a new licensed journeyman to our team! In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing installations meet safety standards, building codes, and client specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse residential sites, utilize your mechanical and plumbing knowledge, and contribute to high-quality building infrastructure.
Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in remodeling, and maintenance projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machinest safely and efficiently.
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment while adhering to safety protocols on job sites.
- Conduct system inspections to identify issues related to water supply, drainage, and mechanical components.
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, HVAC technicians, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and compliance with building codes and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Valid license as a Journeyman Plumber with proven field experience in residential/commercial plumbing projects.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, schematics, blueprints reading, and mechanical principles.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Familiarity with construction site safety practices including heavy lifting procedures.
- Prior handyman experience or involvement in remodeling projects is advantageous.
- A valid Driver's License.

Pay: $48.00 - $55.00 per hour
