American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 2+ years of experience and required proficiency on both Siemens and Philips equipment for an adult acute care and emergency department setting.

Work in a CT department serving adult acute care and outpatient patients
-
Emergency Department CT support included
-
5x8 hour evening (15:00-23:30) or night (19:00-03:30) shifts, with variable start times
-
Every weekend may be required based on unit needs
-
No floating required
-
Uses Siemens and Philips CT equipment
-
Epic EMR required; Allscripts experience preferred
-
Performs abdomen, chest, and head CT with and without contrast
-
Performs vascular chest studies including CTA and pulmonary embolism protocols
-
Performs multiplanar reconstruction (MRP) imaging
-
Performs specialized procedures including aspirations, biopsies, brain perfusion, colonography, CT arthrography, drainage, and myelography
-
Performs cervical, lumbar, thoracic, and musculoskeletal trauma imaging
-
Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience
-
First-time travelers accepted
-
ARRT CT certification required
-
BLS certification required
-
ARRT-R and ARRT advanced certification preferred

Proficiency with Siemens and Philips CT equipment required

Epic EMR experience required
-
Experience starting peripheral IVs required
-
Experience in adult acute care and emergency department settings required

Active California license required if applicable
