We are seeking an experienced Signal / Power Integrity Hardware Engineer to support the development of next-generation high-speed storage and hardware platforms. This role focuses on signal integrity, power integrity, PCB design support, simulation, validation, and cross-functional hardware development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support SI/PI design and analysis for high-speed hardware and PCB systems
- Participate in board and package design reviews, validation, and debugging activities
- Perform pre-layout and post-layout simulations for high-speed interfaces
- Work closely with hardware, firmware, and system engineering teams to ensure design performance and reliability
- Support lab validation activities using oscilloscopes, VNAs, TDRs, and related equipment
- Assist with root cause analysis and issue resolution during development and validation stages
- Contribute to documentation, technical reviews, and engineering discussions
Qualifications
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related field required
- 10+ years of experience in signal integrity, power integrity, or high-speed hardware design
- Strong understanding of PCIe Gen4/5/6, DDR4/5, LPDDR, high-speed signaling, and PCB fundamentals
- Experience with SI/PI simulation and analysis tools such as HFSS, ADS, Allegro, Sigrity, HSPICE, or SIWAVE
- Familiarity with transmission line theory, impedance control, crosstalk, and high-speed PCB layout practices
- Hands-on lab measurement and validation experience required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SSD, storage, or data center hardware platforms
- Familiarity with PCIe compliance and memory interface technologies
- Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical projects
Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
