Job Summary
At YoYo, our Front Desk & Café Associates are the heart of the guest experience. They are the first smile members see when arriving for class and the last friendly face they encounter before leaving. FDCAs create a welcoming, calm, and energetic environment through exceptional service, dependable studio support, and consistently high-quality café offerings.
The role combines hospitality, retail, café service, and wellness. It is grounded in the four values that guide everything we do:
- Jämlikhet — equality. Every guest and every teammate is treated with the same respect.
- Lagom — balance. We work at a steady, sustainable pace and do things properly, not frantically.
- Omtanke — care. We notice what people need before they ask.
- Öppenhet — openness. We speak plainly, share information, and raise problems early.
Every guest should experience the Scandinavian-inspired simplicity, cleanliness, and warmth that define the YoYo brand.
