Forward Investment Services is seeking a highly organized, technology-minded Operations Manager to lead the operations and support team that helps deliver an exceptional advisor and client experience.
This role oversees workflows, internal controls, process improvement initiatives, and day-to-day operational execution while managing the support staff. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who enjoys improving processes, leveraging technology, and ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, coach, and support the support staff while fostering a positive, accountable, service-oriented culture

Ensure timely and accurate completion of client onboarding, account maintenance, servicing requests, and advisor support workflows

Identify inefficiencies, implement standardized procedures, and improve scalability and operational effectiveness

Oversee CRM usage, support system enhancements, and promote technology solutions that improve accuracy and efficiency

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, broker-dealer policies, internal procedures, and audit readiness standard

Help create a consistent, high-quality service experience and resolve escalated operational issues when needed
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

3–5+ years of experience in financial services, banking, investment operations, or a related operational leadership role

Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred

Strong understanding of technology, operational systems, and CRM platforms

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Ability to improve processes and implement operation best practices
