SoBol is currently seeking shift leads to join our rapidly growing team. We are a fun casual restaurant offering delicious Acai Bowls and Smoothies to guests in a fast-paced setting. Special consideration for candidates from Chipotle, Starbucks, Panera, Subway and Dunkin Donuts. Looking to hire candidates who can work a flexible schedule with at least 4-5 mornings during the week, weekend availability a plus.

Join our team and you will work directly with employees to ensure efficient delivery of a great customer service experience including food prep, order taking, serving, and cleaning.
We will give you the training you need to oversee restaurant operations, including all product production, customer service and register sales, and daily operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Opening and closing the store efficiently
- Customer service taking orders at the POS
- Making bowls, smoothies and other offerings
- Must exemplify the SoBol Culture and our company Mission, Vision, and Values through performance and behavior
- Enforce store policies and SoBol standard
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
- Completing and delegating tasks to ensure the operation requirements of the store are met
- Maintain store appearance/cleanliness
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Must be friendly and outgoing.
- Able to communicate clearly with customers and other employees.
- Physical Ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle boxes of food and supplies which entails lifting up to 25 lbs
- Ability to work variable hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
- Ability to successfully complete the training program
- Ability to follow all guidelines and procedures set forth by SoBol 2-3 years of experience in the restaurant/hospitality franchising sector - Preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
