Duties
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media platforms, email campaigns, and paid advertising channels such as Google Ads and Facebook Advertising.
- Manage content creation and content management systems (CMS), including WordPress, ensuring all digital assets are engaging, accurate, and optimized for SEO using SEO tools and keyword research techniques.
- Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google AdWords to track campaign performance, analyze data trends, and generate actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
- Coordinate with design teams to produce compelling graphics and visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
- Conduct conversion optimization efforts by testing landing pages, call-to-actions, and user experience enhancements to maximize lead generation and sales conversions.
- Implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads through email marketing campaigns and improve overall campaign efficiency.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by managing product listings, promotional content, and performance marketing strategies to drive online sales growth.
Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), social media management, and content creation.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Moz, along with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress or other content management systems (CMS) for website updates and blog management.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is preferred for customizing web pages and analyzing data sets.
- Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite are highly desirable.
- Ability to perform keyword research to inform content strategies that improve search engine rankings.
- Excellent copywriting skills combined with a strategic mindset for B2B (business-to-business) marketing campaigns.
- Experience with performance marketing tactics such as conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and analytics-driven decision making is a plus.
