About the Role
The Project Management Analyst/MAC Coordinator supports a WorkplaceServices team responsible for the day-to-day coordination of space changes,furniture management, occupancy planning, and facilities service requests forour technology client campus in Charlotte, NC. The PM Analyst/MAC Coordinatoris the on-the-ground point of contact for employees, vendors, andcross-functional partners to ensure the workplace runs smoothly and thatphysical space supports the client’s teams and culture.
This job is part of the Project Management function responsiblefor the management of projects from initiation through completion. R oleoffers a 3/2 hybrid schedule in Charlotte, NC.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate workspaceassignments, neighborhood finalization, and business unit (BU) allocation plansin partnership with the Workplace Strategy team
Manage transitions betweenassigned and flex seating models, including employee communications and systemupdates
Support occupancy planninginitiatives and maintain accurate space data using Smartsheet and Monday.com
Conduct periodic buildingaudits to validate floor plan accuracy and capture current furniture inventory
Coordinate furniture moves,additions, and reconfigurations (e.g., replacing tables/chairs, installingdesks, relocating furniture between floors or buildings)
Maintain furniture inventoryaccuracy through QR code tagging, audits, and asset tracking in Smartsheet
Submit and manage KBM (orequivalent vendor) service requests for damaged, missing, or replacementfurniture
Support long-term furnituremanagement strategy including procurement planning and budget tracking
Coordinate delivery,placement, and disposal of furniture in partnership with facilities vendors
Serve as the primary MACcoordinator for the Charlotte campus — triaging and executing service requestssubmitted via ServiceNow (SNOW)
Manage locker resets,nameplate/signage installs, and copy/print room maintenance
Set up and reconfigure sharedspaces including conference rooms, team rooms, café areas, and GSOC/securityspaces
Coordinate with IT forperipheral equipment placement and AV system support in collaboration spaces
Ensure workplace systems (occupancysensors) are properly installed, maintained, and operationally supported
Lead and manage small tomid-scale workplace projects including office fit-outs, floor reconfigurations,and building resets
Partner with BU leaders, EAs,IT, and facilities vendors to scope, schedule, and deliver workplace changeswith minimal disruption
Create and present projectdocumentation (e.g., planning decks, move logistics plans, process guides) tostakeholders and leadership
Lead by example and modelbehaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence)values.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
IFMA, CoreNet, or similar workplace/facilities certification is a plus
Experience in facilities coordination, workplace services, corporate real estate, or a related field
Proven experience managing furniture moves, space reconfigurations, or facilities service requests in a corporate environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Smartsheet, ServiceNow or similar ITSM facilities ticketing system.
Experience with occupancy planning tools or CAFM/IWMS platforms (SpaceIQ, Archibus, TRIRIGA, Serraview) is beneficial.
Comfort with physical, hands-on aspects of the role (moving lightweight furniture, conducting building walk-throughs)
