We’re looking for a passionate and people-focused Fundraising Event Manager to join our growing team in Houston, TX! As a Fundraising Event Manager, you’ll play a key role in representing nonprofit partners, building community connections, and helping campaigns grow through engaging, face-to-face outreach events.

Responsibilities of a Fundraising Event Manager
- Represent nonprofit partners at fundraising events, community pop-ups, and high-traffic venues throughout the Houston area
- Support event setup, coordination, and execution to ensure a smooth and engaging donor experience
- Build positive relationships with community members while promoting campaign goals and increasing brand visibility
- Communicate campaign messaging clearly and confidently to encourage donor support and participation
- Assist with tracking event performance, donor interactions, and outreach results to improve future campaigns
- Collaborate with fellow Fundraising Event Manager team members to brainstorm outreach strategies and strengthen overall brand presence
- Participate in ongoing Fundraising Event Manager training focused on leadership, communication, fundraising strategy, and brand development
- Help maintain a professional, energetic environment that reflects the values and mission of each nonprofit partner
Qualifications for a Fundraising Event Manager
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for community involvement
- Positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
- Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people in fast-paced event settings
- Organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities during live events
- Interest in fundraising, nonprofit outreach, event coordination, or brand promotion
- Previous customer service, fundraising, hospitality, retail, or event experience is a plus but not required
- A motivated mindset with the desire to grow into leadership opportunities
- Full-time availability and the ability to work in-person at event locations throughout the Houston market
Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
