Responsibilities:
· Warmly greet and assist customers throughout the carwash experience.
· Expertly operate the carwash equipment to deliver a thorough, high-quality clean.
· Ensure carwash bay, vacuums, and customer areas are well-stocked and meticulously maintained.
· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns.
· Work quickly and efficiently to keep the carwash running smoothly during peak hours.
· Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude and contribute to our fun, collaborative team environment.
· Go above and beyond to turn each customer's visit into a positive and memorable experience.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a customer service or retail role is preferred.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base.
· Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to providing a spotless carwash experience.
· Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
· A genuine enthusiasm for keeping things clean and making customers happy!
