Code 1 Wellness is a nonprofit behavioral health organization dedicated to serving first responders, veterans, their families, and rural communities throughout Missouri. Our team is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate behavioral health services while creating an environment where clinicians can focus on client care—not administrative work.
We are growing rapidly and are seeking a motivated LCSW or LMSW to join our team.
Position Type

- Telehealth Only (Work From Home)
Schedule
We are flexible and have immediate full caseloads available.
Choose one of the following:
- Monday – Friday
- Weekend Schedule
- Flexible scheduling available for the right candidate

Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy via telehealth
- Complete timely clinical documentation
- Develop treatment plans and clinical assessments
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers and treatment team
- Maintain ethical and professional standards
- Participate in supervision (if applicable)
Qualifications
Required:
- Missouri LCSW or LMSW license
- Reliable internet connection
- Professional home office
- Strong documentation skills
- Passion for serving behavioral health populations
Preferred:
- Experience with trauma
- First responder or veteran populations
- Substance use treatment experience
- EMDR or trauma-informed care experience (not required)
