What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners and introduce our pest control services
- Generate new customers through direct outreach
- Learn and apply proven sales techniques
- Build relationships with potential customers
- Track activity and work toward personal sales goals

Compensation & Perks
- 100% Commission-Based
- Average commission of $175 paid upfront per sale
- Additional $50 paid after six months for retained customers
- $150 training bonus per sale during your first 60 days (based on training and activity requirements)
- Start strong: $500 a week in training bonuses for your first 3 weeks.
