Job Description
· Act as a high-level technical expert under general direction
· Contribute to design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of new software
· Work on enhancements for existing software used by third-party customers
· Collaborate with technical teams to analyze software issues
· Define technical specifications and implement effective solutions
· Address customer concerns and resolve software-related problems
· Recommend improvements and enhancements
· Contribute to the development of user documentation
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
